Many of our customers prefer to use all-natural cleaning products, and we are happy to accommodate this request. However, we generally recommend that our regular products be used during the initial deep clean. This is because natural products can sometimes be less effective than their synthetic counterparts. In addition, the use of natural products may require slightly different cleaning techniques, which our workers may not be familiar with. For these reasons, we believe it is best to use our regular products during the initial clean. However, we are always happy to use all-natural products upon request.
